Managing Sites

Site Management

Sites can be any location that is relevant to the safety of your organization or client’s employees. Personnel can be assigned to multiple sites in order to allow for evacuation planning and accurate accountability.

Add a Site

Only administrators can add sites to Predictions.

  • Click on the “Sites” page.

  • Click on the “Add Site” button.

  • If you have protection-level access, you can add a client or an internal site.

  • Enter the site name and required information. The ability to add a site point of contact outside your user database is available. We recommend ensuring this information is up to date.

  • You can enter a site address or geolocation. Adding the geolocation is more accurate. If you do not add the location data, the site will not be affiliated with a map location or list an address.

  • Click “Submit”.

Below, there is a section labeled 'Sites' with options for Internal Sites and Client Sites. The table lists seven site entries, including Atlanta International Airport, JFK International Airport, Manhattan Helipad, Chester J. Presswood, Verline W. Stodola, and Sue Sharpe, with contact names, emails, and phone numbers. At the bottom are buttons for adding sites, searching, bulk uploading, and viewing the site map.

Edit a Site

  • Click on the “Sites” page.

  • Click on the “open” link in the “details” field.

  • Click the “Edit” link.

  • Change the information.

  • Click submit.

Remove a Site

Removal of a site does not purge it from your records. It is still searchable and connected to affiliated records for compliance purposes.

  • Click on the “Open” link in the “details” field.

  • Click the “Remove” button.

  • Click on the “Confirm Remove” button.

The site is removed from your views. You can also purge the site from your database, but this will also remove any affiliated record connections. We do not recommend removing sites that are affiliated with past transportation requests and plans.
