Managing Sites
Sites in Predictions are any locations relevant to the safety, operations, or evacuation planning of your organization or its clients. Personnel can be assigned to multiple sites for accurate accountability and rapid response.
Adding a Site
Only Administrators can add new sites.
Navigate to the Base page.
Click on the Sites tab.
Click on Add Site.
Enter the site name and all required information.
Add a Site Point of Contact (can be someone outside your current user database — keep this updated).
Enter the site address and/or geolocation (geolocation is strongly recommended for map accuracy and features).
Click Submit.
Editing a Site
Go to the Sites page.
Click the link in the Details field for the desired site.
Click the Edit link.
Update the information as needed.
Click Submit.
Removing a Site
Removing a site hides it from your active views but does not delete it from historical records.
Go to the Sites page.
Click the Hide link in the Visibility field.
Note: You can also fully purge a site, but this will break connections to all affiliated records (transportation requests, plans, etc.). We recommend purging only when necessary, and never for historically active sites.
Assigning Personnel to Sites
Go to the Site page.
Click the link in the Details field for the site.
Scroll down and click Assign Personnel.
Add or update sites in the Selected Sites field (multiple sites allowed).
