Personnel Management

The Personnel tab provides administrators with quick access to manage contact information, request check-ins, and organize team members for travel and security operations in Predictions.

Managing Categories

Categories help organize personnel according to your organization’s model (e.g., by role, team, or risk level).

  • Click Manage Categories.

  • Enter a new category name and click Submit.

  • To edit or delete a category, click on the field and make your changes. Existing personnel assignments remain intact.

Adding Associates

  1. Go to the Personnel page.

  2. Click Add Associates.

  3. Fill in the required contact and profile information.

  4. Select the sites the associate is connected to (multiple selections allowed).

  5. Assign a category if applicable.

  6. Click Submit.

The associate will not receive any notification until you assign a license and set the Onboard field to Yes. Once onboarded, they will get an email invitation to set their password and complete their profile. Associate licenses are flexible — access can be added or revoked at any time.

Adding Administrators

Only Account Managers can add new Administrators.

  1. Go to the Personnel page.

  2. Click Add Admin.

  3. Fill in the required information.

  4. Choose Yes for Check-in Administrator if they should be able to receive check-ins.

  5. Choose Yes for Account Manager if they need full privileges.

  6. Click Submit.

Once onboarded, the new administrator will receive an email with instructions to create a password and complete their profile.

Removing or Reinstating Administrators

Only Account Managers can perform this action.

  1. Go to the Personnel page.

  2. Click Manage Admin.

  3. Click Revoke/Remove/Reinstate Admin.

  4. Use the Delete button only if you want to permanently remove the administrator (this will delete their information from associated records — use with caution; simply revoking access is usually sufficient to maintain activity history).

For best security practices, only grant Administrator or Account Manager access to personnel who truly need full visibility into Predictions’ intelligence and tools.
