The situation map is only accessible to administrators and provides a simple view of your company’s information on a map. The map collects intelligence events, your sites, transportation requests and plans, and company user check-ins.

You can filter the map through various means to identify patterns or intelligence that might affect your sites or transportation plans.

Using Map Filters

Locations on the situation map can be filtered through various means.

• Location Type

• Transportation Title

• Intelligence Title

• Location/Destination Title

• Site Name

• Arrive Date

• Depart Date

• Intel Published

• Check-In – Date/Time

• Location Geo Coordinates

Multiple filters can be applied to the map simultaneously to narrow your view of your organization’s events (i.e., filter site name, intel title, and intel date/time published to view intel events around a specific site at a specific time).

Intelligence on the map is only available for two months before it drops off. Intelligence is available through the search intelligence function after it drops off the map.
