Profile and Password Settings

All users can update their own profile and security settings in Predictions. Keeping your profile complete and up to date helps us better assess your personal risk profile and provide faster, more effective support during travel or crisis situations.

Editing Your Profile

1. Navigate to the Base page.

2. Click on the Profile tab.

3. Click the Edit button.

4. Add or update your information (contact details, emergency contacts, medical info, passport details, etc.).

5. Click Save or Submit.

The more complete your profile, the more effective our risk assessments and crisis response can be.

Updating Your Password

We strongly recommend changing your password regularly for security.

1. Click on your name icon at the bottom of the main menu.

2. Select Security Settings.

3. Update your password and follow any additional security prompts.
