Managing Channels

Channels in Predictions allow you to organize and monitor information feeds, such as social media accounts, communication groups, news sources, and other intelligence streams, to support efficient situational awareness.

Adding a Channel

Channels can be added from the Hub page (for communications-related channels) or the Intelligence page (for intel-related channels).

For Communications:

  1. Click on the Hub page.

  2. Click on the Manage Channels button.

  3. Click Add Channel.

  4. Give the channel a clear name.

  5. Select the correct platform (e.g., WhatsApp, Signal, Email, Mobile Number) — this is required for the proper icon to display.

  6. Categorize the channel to improve searchability.

  7. Paste the link to the channel.

  8. Choose to add it to your Favorites for quick access.

  9. Click Submit.

For Intelligence Feeds:

  1. Click on the Intelligence page

  2. Click on the Manage Feeds tab.

  3. Click Add Feed.

  4. Give the channel a clear name.

  5. Select the correct platform (e.g., X, Facebook, TikTok) — this is required for the icon to display correctly.

  6. Categorize the channel to improve searchability.

  7. Paste the link to the channel.

  8. Choose to add it to your Favorites for quick access.

  9. Click Submit.

Note: Not all third-party or group feeds are directly linkable. For group channels you did not create, you may need to request the direct link from the owner.

Important: Deleting a channel removes it across the entire company.
